Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and helpful luggage storage. I remember my first stay when the staff offered me a hot drink in the cold. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Shabby dusty rooms. The walls are paper thin and my room was right next to a fire exit door that slams very loudly every time someone walks through. Woken up at 7am by constant slamming of doors every few seconds. When this slowed down at 8.30am- cleaner had to knock on every single room to check for housekeeping, waking EVEYRBODY up. Very poor service!
